Service Description
The Integration Package is a structured process designed to work with the patterns your body is still holding, even after years of therapy, self-work, or healing practices. You have done the work. There is no need to be stuck. You are not broken. I call bullshit. Most approaches stop at insight. This is where change becomes real. This work integrates fascia-based somatic work, breathwork, and pattern-awareness coaching into one cohesive process. We work directly with what is present in your system so that change does not just happen in sessions but is supported to hold in your life.
