This work grew from that gap.

Somatic Educator. Fascia Specialist. Someone who knows what it is to understand everything and still feel nothing shift.

I did not arrive here through a straight line.

I arrived here through accumulation.

Years of doing the work the right way. Reading everything. Understanding the patterns, tracing their roots, building frameworks that made elegant sense of what the body was doing and why. I was good at that. The mind is a capable translator and I trusted it more than I probably should have.

But something kept not finishing. Not in a dramatic way. In the quiet persistent way of a body that knows something the mind has not caught up to yet. A tension that understanding could describe but not move. A weight that lived below the level of any insight I could generate about it. It was not a single moment that changed that.

It was a slow undeniable accumulation of experiences in which the mind hit its ceiling and the body was already somewhere else entirely. In breath. In fascia work. In stillness that was not empty but full of something that had no name in any framework I had studied.

What I found there was not a better model. It was a direct encounter with the thing all the models had been pointing at.

That is what I bring into this work. Not a method. A genuine orientation toward what is actually happening in the system in front of me, beneath the story it has learned to tell about itself.

I used to reach for the next framework when the ground got too open. I recognise that move now. The work I do with people is partly about creating enough safety that they stop needing to make that move too.

The body is not storing your past. It is running a program that made complete sense once.

This distinction matters more than it might seem.

If the body stores trauma, the work is about retrieval and release. Finding what is stuck and getting it out. That model has helped a lot of people and I do not dismiss it. But it has also kept a lot of people searching for something to excavate when what is actually needed is for the system to accumulate enough new evidence to update the prediction it is running.

Every pattern I work with, in fascia, in breath, in nervous system tone, is a ratio. The balance between holding and moving. Between containment and flow. When that ratio locks, it is not a malfunction. It is loyalty. The system doing exactly what it learned to do under conditions that once required it.

The work is not to override that loyalty. It is to read it accurately, honour what it was protecting, and work with the body until it has enough reason to consider something different.

Fascia is where I read that ratio most clearly. It is the body's most responsive tissue, the place where every protective decision leaves a palpable trace. Working with it directly, through breath, movement, and intentional bodywork, is one of the most precise ways I know to enter the loop and begin to shift what no amount of understanding alone has been able to reach.

Over a decade. Several continents. One through-line.

The path began when I left a medical representative career in my mid-twenties to follow something I could not yet name. It took me through India, through yoga philosophy and non-duality, through energy healing traditions and breathwork lineages, through somatic training and fascial research and the slow realisation that every tradition I encountered was working the same underlying architecture in different language.

That through-line became the framework I now teach and practice: the polarity ratio, the relationship between containment and flow that governs every physiological process in the body and every healing approach that has ever genuinely worked.

Along the way I completed a BSc in Human Life Science and Psychology, a 500-hour yoga teacher training, and certifications across somatic therapy, breathwork facilitation, theta healing, sound healing, crystal healing, and Reiki. I am a member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists and a registered RYT-500 with Yoga Alliance.

Today I work as Program Director at NOVA ViA, teach psilocybin facilitation at the Changa Institute, and collaborate with platforms including Insight Timer, BrainTap, and The Breath Source.

The credentials are real. But they are not what I bring into a session. What I bring is ten years of sitting with my own system honestly enough to recognise what another system is doing, and why, and where the actual entry point is.

who is it for.jpeg

This work is for you if something still hasn't moved despite everything you've tried.

You have done real work on yourself. Therapy, probably. Bodywork, maybe. Spiritual practice, personal development, perhaps plant medicine. You are not someone who avoids the inner life.

And yet something persists. A pattern that returns regardless of what you understand about it. A quality of holding that no amount of releasing seems to touch. A sense that the work is genuine but not quite reaching the layer where the thing actually lives.

That is not a failure of effort. That is a system that has not yet received the right kind of evidence at the right layer of its architecture.

That is precisely where this work begins.
