Have you ever heard of the term called 'soul loss'?
It is a shamanic term that refers to traumatic events and after that the shaping of belief systems that results in a numbing or limiting expression of your true potential in every day life.
Truth is, we all have experienced soul loss, whether we are aware of it or not. We might call it something else or resonate with it in different ways but we all carry stored survival stress with us that is limiting our true potential and keeping our minds in a prison cell.
Now we have a few choices here.
1 - Carry on with what we know and ignore that which we do not know we do not know (very easy)
2 - Renovate the prison cell to be comfortable, pretty and liveable (easy)
